Clipper Retail is pleased to acknowledge the tireless efforts of our team, and wishes to congratulate the winners of our Quarter 1 Team Awards: Edward Price, Sheena Marks, and Alastair Bush.
At Clipper Retail we are proud to have such a hardworking and motivated group of people to sharing an office with, and this makes it a very difficult decision when it comes to recognising achievement.
In January 2017 the Clipper Retail Directors agreed that, having so many outstanding team members to thank for their contributions, it would be worth creating more opportunities to say thank you – that’s why the Clipper Retail Team Awards will be distributed quarterly from now on.
Each category for the Q1 ceremony was devised by company Directors (and brothers) Chris and Russell Napthine, who included a personal message for each recipient on every certificate awarded. The prizes were awarded on the basis of exceptional performance during Quarter 4 2016, and recognised performance in a number of different roles.
The “Above and Beyond Award” was presented to Alastair Bush, Service & Installations Manager, who the Directors agreed had “gone the extra mile, with efforts that contributed significantly to the service we provided at the close of 2016.”
The “Customer Service Excellence Award” went to Sheena Marks, who the Directors said “has consistently and efficiently ensured customers can get what they want every time, delivering and responding consistently while never letting anybody down.”
The “Sales Star” award was earned by Edward Price, who “really showed his true colours toward the end of 2016, securing great opportunities and building better relationships with our clients.”
After the Award Ceremony concluded, the Clipper Retail Team took to the local bowling alley for a bit of well-deserved R&R. On the night Sheena Marks earned yet another accolade - achieving joint second place with Stuart Barley – while Mat Pittock managed to get the highest score of the night.
